Further Information

The Oceanfront-House is located in a very silent Environment and the wonderful Beach "Playa Palma" is directly in front of the House. About 60 feet behind the House there is an Mangroves-Forest.

All around there are different kind of Animals like Apes, Lizards, Sloths, Squirrels, Parrots and many more - a real Paradise! But every Paradise has also some "dark sides":

Mosquitos can be very annoying, but...

• so it's also at other beaches
  
• the House definetly is Mosquitofree (Mosquito-Nets)
  
• "Off Deep Woods" is a very good Insect Repellent for Mosquitos. You can buy it in our Pharmacy in Parrita
  

Our marvelous Beach is faraway and there are NO TOURISTS. Excepted a few Bars and a little Shop there is really NOTHING! To Parrita, the nearest City, it's about 6 Miles and how you did maybe read on "The House" we have in Parrita Supermarkets, Bakeries, Restaurants, etc.

Once again: When you'll be independent... ...take a Rental-Car. With Cab (from Beach to Parrita about 15 $) you'll also get to your aims, but with an rented Car you'll be flexible.

Sorry, but the Deposit of 20% has to be... ...because some People reserve the House for Fun, are thinking over and the House is empty, because i'll maybe have to cancel other Reservations.

Naturally i'll won't give you a shock, but I'd rather will hear an "Wow, that was great" than a "That was horrible!"
